Interact intranet and Clearview Systems join forces to help social housing organisations build a strong performance culture

The Pay and Workforce Strategy and the Audit Commission’s Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) process, both highlight performance management as a key factor in achieving high-quality service delivery. The aim of the partnership between Interact and Clearview is to help social housing organisations to improve service delivery by enabling them to reduce the effort involved in collating and presenting performance statistics to all employees by using Interact intranet to display Clearview’s performance management information on organisation, team and individual performance directly to the Intranet.

The intranet is the natural place for these KPIs to exist as users visit it frequently throughout the working day. The Interact-Clearview module has been developed to provide clear and transparent dynamic dashboards, which can be customised to meet the needs of individual users or groups of users, displaying real time performance information directly on intranet pages and act as a portal into the Clearview software. Promoting this information to staff via Interact intranet establishes a strong performance culture by raising awareness at all levels within the organisation with dashboards tailored to the needs of the individual, team or organisation.
