Interact Intranet launch Customer University to help customers graduate to expert status and make the most of the many features available in an Interact Intranet.
Interact Intranet, the intelligent intranet software company, has launched a unique University to enable customers to maximise the benefits of the feature rich platform and support them in building essential and award winning intranets for their company. The University, which is located on the company’s own customer Community, is a mix of ‘step by step’ user guides, getting started videos and online training courses designed to meet the varying needs of Interact Intranet’s customers whether on-premise or in the cloud.
The University has been developed so that customers have one easy to access library of information that they can dip in and out of as and when they need it. Over the coming months new content will continue to be added including more videos and online learning tools to ensure that the content remains fresh and up-to-date.
Taking the lead from what the customers need via a forum thread will keep the University as the go-to place for all training requirements allowing customers to self-serve where possible and making it easy for them to get the most out of their intranet.

The University documents are all available for customers to download, brand and insert their own screenshots and links to use as their own internal documents. This reduces the amount of time a customer may have to spend creating internal user guides as Interact has already done the hard work for them – they just need to do the personalisation.
