About the role

We are currently looking for a passionate Enterprise Account Executive to join our successful sales team.

You will be selling best in class intranet software which has won awards around the globe. Interact has seen success in all business sectors and our existing customers include recognized brands, such as Sony Interactive, Alliance Bernstein, and International Rescue Committee.

Successful candidates will have demonstrable software sales experience and a track record of exceeding targets in a business to business role.

A little about you...

  • Previous experience demonstrating software as part of the sales process
  • Curious, highly organized and accountable for your sales activity and quota attainment
  • Business to Business sales experience is essential with software/technical sales experience an advantage
  • Demonstrable track record of over achieving quota
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • A dynamic, flexible working attitude. As a fast-paced and exciting company you need to be adaptable
  • Knowledge of intranets or social software is advantageous
  • Previous Sales Methodology training would be an advantage

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships within our enterprise business segment
  • Own your pipeline with proactive outbound & qualified inbound meetings set for you
  • Conduct demos both online and occasionally on-site with potential customers
  • Manage complex salescycles of 6-12 months and present to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
  • Negotiate contracts and facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to paying customer; work closely with Customer Success and Support teams
  • Forecast your sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers

Development

Interact Academy

The Interact Academy is our in-house training programme designed to kick-start your training and development from your first day at Interact. You will meet with our CEO and senior managers to hear about our mission and values. You will also find out more about each department to learn how each one fits together and how your role works within them. Alongside this, you will complete your Interact Academy product and role-specific training to give you the tools to be successful in your role.

Product training

The Interact Academy will take you on a journey through our product, enabling you to gain an in-depth understanding of all of its features, users and benefits. You will follow a modular programme increasing in complexity to ensure in-depth understanding to assist you in being successful in your roles.

Role-specific training

As an Interact employee you will also receive in-depth role-specific training to ensure that you are fully knowledgeable about your role and how to make it a success.
