About the role

As a continually growing software company, we’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has a very strong track record of success in the UK and Europe over the last 10 years, growing on average 40% year on year for the last 3 years.

We’re looking for candidates with good experience in software sales who have successfully handled a large pipeline and consistently achieved targets. This new business focused role will involve primarily selling into organisations from 500 employees up to 5,000.

Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial, smart, hard-working, with the ability to close deals. You should be able to demonstrate sales skills to all levels within a company, up to C-Level.

A little about you...

  • Demonstrable experience of selling software (ideally SaaS) with a consultative approach where sales cycles are typically 6 months or longer
  • Previous experience delivering new business presentations and product demonstrations (in-person and online)
  • Comfortable & savvy with web technology & software
  • Demonstrable history of consistently achieving new business sales targets (at least £500k per year)
  • Experience of generating your own business and pipeline
  • Experience of managing a large pipeline to achieve quarter targets
  • A track record of selling to all levels including C-Level
  • Ability to accurately forecast as required
  • Ability to negotiate complex deals
  • A dynamic, flexible working attitude. As a fast-paced and exciting company you need to be adaptable
  • Organised, passionate, prepared, convincing, with the ability to objection handle
  • Knowledge of intranets or social software is advantageous

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships within our enterprise business segment
  • Own your pipeline with proactive outbound & qualified inbound meetings set for you
  • Conduct demos both online and on-site with potential customers
  • Manage complex sales cycles of 6-12 months and present to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
  • Negotiate contracts and facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to paying customer; work closely with Customer Success and Support teams
  • Forecast your sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers

Development
