Nigel Danson PhD is CEO and Founder of Interact. He founded Interact with the aim of developing a simple enterprise collaboration solution that connects people to people, and people to content. After conceptualising the intelligent software over 10 years ago, Danson’s entrepreneurial spirit and scientific approach has taken it to the forefront of the social intranet space.

Interact was the natural choice for Scott after excelling in IT and digital project management in the private and government sectors. Now in his 8th year at Interact and 17th year in the technology industry, Scott prides himself in solving problems for companies who need a world-class intranet solution.

Rachel McCourty

COO

Rachel is the COO of Interact and has over 20 years’ experience working in IT, coming to Interact from IBM Global Services. Rachel is in charge of the Professional Services, Technical Services and Service Desk Teams and takes pride in building long standing relationships with our customers.

Simon Dance

Simon Dance

CTO

Simon has 15 years of experience within the content technology arena. With a reputation of spearheading innovation and driving change inside Interact, Simon’s approach is key in creating the collaborative technology solutions that Interact provides to their global client base. First joining Interact in 2006 as a software developer, his essential input has led him to his current leadership role as CTO.

Darren Nadin

VP, Technical Operations

Darren joined Interact in 2004 and has over 15 years’ experience working in the internet and intranet industry. He is responsible for Interact’s Technical Partnerships and Technical Pre-Sales. Darren specialises in web technologies, working with clients to develop specialist applications on the Interact platform.

Bianca joined the Interact team in early 2015 to head up our global marketing efforts. Bringing over 15 years of marketing experience working for some of the world’s largest tech brands, Bianca leads our UK and US teams with the aim of growing our brand and presence across the globe.

Amy joined Interact in March 2015 to create the HR and Talent strategy. With over 9 years’ experience in the HR arena she leads the HR plans with a key focus on employee engagement and development to drive our culture and success.
