Simon Dance


Simon has 15 years of experience within the content technology arena. With a reputation of spearheading innovation and driving change inside Interact, Simon's approach is key in creating the collaborative technology solutions that Interact provides to their global client base.

Rachel McCourty


Rachel looks after Interact's global Professional Services, Service Desk and Customer Success teams, ensuring we deliver for our customers on a daily basis. Having spent more than 20 years working in the IT industry, Rachel knows that a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building loyalty is what drives successful implementations and long-standing partnerships.

Scott Hitchins


As a partner at Interact, and with 12 years' experience in the intranet space and over 20 years in IT, Scott is responsible for driving growth for Interact across all sectors. He has a passion for technology and driving change.

Darren Nadin

VP, Technical Operations

Darren has 20 years' experience working within the internet and intranet industry. He specializes in business intelligence, and has worked with many of Interact's global customer base to integrate Interact with other complimentary web technologies.

Bianca Hartley

VP, Marketing

Bianca heads up our global marketing efforts, bringing over 17 years of marketing experience working with some of the world's largest tech brands. Bianca leads our UK and US teams with the aim of growing our brand and presence across the globe.

Amy Needham

HR & Talent Director

Amy joined Interact in March 2015 to create the HR and Talent strategy. With over 9 years' experience in the HR arena she leads the HR plans with a key focus on employee engagement and development to drive our culture and success.

Daren Jennings

VP, US Sales

Daren leads the U.S. sales team and directs business development in North America for Interact. He joined Interact in 2014 and brings more than 10 years of technology experience, passionate about equipping people with the tools they need to be successful at work.

Interact operates across the whole of the US, Canada, EMEA and Australia, with offices in Manchester and New York.
