Customer Extranet
The Interact Extranet is an information source where you can visit to seek help and advice on using Interact Intranet to its maximum potential. It provides a bank of information including training courses, module information sheets, video overviews and more.

Interact Updates
Your Intranet agreement includes a subscription to the Interact quarterly software update service (view the latest update). This gives you immediate access to all the latest tools, features and improvements to Interact Intranet, ensuring your intranet benefits from all the latest developments. We have a team of really clever people working on fantastic ideas and innovations.
Examples of the most recent updates include:
- Enhanced collaborative People Directory
- Translation & Foreign Language Spell Check
- Organogram – Organisational diagrams linking managers and their staff members
- Many new collaboration tools
- New widgets for posting suggestions, posting questions, allowing staff to run their own leagues.
Issues and Bugs
Like any software product, occasionally you may discover a bug or issue. If you report this to us, we will identify and fix this for you. Once the bug has been resolved, we will then update all our Interact customers via our Interact Updates system.
We also run a suggestion and improvement forum on our extranet as we know you all have some great ideas!
