Nigel Danson
Nigel Danson PhD, is the Leading Intranet Expert here at Interact, as CEO & Founder of Interact he maintains a very hands on approach, passing his passion through the business. His specialism is not only designing and implementing effective intranet solutions, but also helping organisations maintain user centric, effective intranets.

Rachel McCourty
has over 18 years' experience in working in IT and currently is the Chief Operating Officer in charge of the Project Management, Account Management and Training Teams.
During her 10 years at Interact she has delivered on a whole range of Intranet projects, including Romec, NHS, Midland Heart, Gentoo and Mosscare. Although Rachel loves to cook, her favourite meal is fish fingers chips and beans.
Scott Hitchins
is snowboard obsessed and is one of Interact’s dedicated tweeters. If you want to keep abreast of intranet and general tech news, follow Scott. He’s also renowned for his poor taste in jokes.
As VP of Business Development, his primary role is helping international customers achieve business success and increasing business connections worldwide. Scott’s projects at Interact include ADT Europe, Kantar Health and HMV.
Wedge Black
recently came on board as a consultant to ensure Interact customers are utilising their intranets to their full potential.
Wedge is a prolific tweeter and blogger, with his own blog site http://kilobox.net/. He has guest written for simply-communicate.com – the community for internal communication professionals and his articles regularly get re-published on the website of intranet consultants, IntraTeam. He also contributes to many IBF’s event such as IBF Live.
Sara Burgess
is a sci-fi fan who describes her job as enlightening users on the wonderful ways Interact Intranet can improve their lives, demonstrating the capabilities of our software to potential customers and creating short videos of further enlightenment to enhance intranet user experiences.
Sara has worked with clients such as CAT, Volvo and Bechtel.
Steve Osborne
has joint responsibility for training courses and consultancy sessions both on and offsite. Steve loves travelling all over the country, getting to know our customers and helping them make the most of their intranets.
A few of his clients include G4S, Yodel and Admiral. Steve enjoys archery when he’s not doing DIY or parenting an energetic 2yr old.
Joanne Sullivan
creates and delivers Interacts customer training courses and consultation sessions all over the world. Jo is skilled at hosting our interactive consultation sessions that ensure each intranet is personal to the needs of each organisation.
Jo has trained some customers including Waterstone’s, American Golf and Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. In her spare time Jo is a very skilled runner, racing in marathons for fun!
