Why is Interact Answers different?
Interact Answers is more than just another question and answer system. It is intelligent and connects answers to questions and questions to experts.
Once an employee has posted a question, Interact Answers will attempt to provide an instant solution to the question by using its unique intelligence store and offering relevant content such as documents, calendar events or discussions and by searching previously asked questions.
Intelligent Expert Notification
If Interact Answers cannot find an instant solution, the feature will automatically recommend colleagues within the company that it believes to be ‘experts’. This is done through Interact Intranet’s intelligence store – it logs all interactions with the intranet and profiles people. It cleverly knows who experts are through their profile, posts, authored content, etc. These experts are then notified of the question and are encouraged to contribute towards a solution. Questions are also open for all other employees to answer.
