Rachel is the COO of Interact and has over 18 years’ experience working in IT. Rachel is in charge of the Project Management, Implementation, Training and Support Teams with an emphasis on building long standing relationships with Interact’s clients. Prior to joining Interact in 2000, Rachel was a Project Manager for IBM.

Darren specialises in web technologies, working with clients to develop specialist applications on the Interact platform.
